1. Sponsor

The Workman Industrial Summer Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Workman Industrial Inc., located at 641 Columbia Street, New Westminster, British Columbia, V3M 1A8, Canada (the “Sponsor”).

2. Contest Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 12, 2026, and ends on June 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Giveaway Period”). One potential winner will be selected via random draw on June 25, 2026, at approximately 12:00 p.m. PT.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Rhode Island) who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry.

4. How to Enter

• Free Signup Entry: One (1) free entry per person via the official form at workmanindustrial.ca.

• Purchase-Based Bonus Entries: One (1) bonus entry for every $10.00 spent (pre-tax, post-discount) on qualifying purchases.

• Alternate No-Purchase Method (AMOE): Hand-write a request (minimum 25 words) and mail to the Sponsor address. Each valid request earns ten (10) bonus entries. Requests must be postmarked by June 18, 2026, and received by June 23, 2026.

5. Entry Cap

Each entrant is limited to a maximum of one (1) free signup entry plus up to one hundred (100) bonus entries total, regardless of the method of entry.

6. Prize

One (1) prize bundle consisting of: Kodiak Neragon 320 Boots, Big K Camo High-End Vest, Helly Hansen Oxford Pants, and a T2 Hard Hat. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $685.00 CAD. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Canadian Skill-Testing Question

If the selected entrant is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner.

8. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
