Hi-vis waterproof rain pants with pass-through pockets, built as your everyday wet-weather layer.
These are the ones you keep for whenever the forecast turns. A 300 denier Oxford polyester shell with a PU coating and fully sealed seams gives a dependable waterproof barrier, and 2-inch reflective tape over a 4-inch contrasting stripe keeps you visible to traffic and equipment in low light. The useful detail is the two front pass-through slots: you can reach the pockets of the work pants underneath without taking the rain pants off. An elastic waistband makes them fast to pull on over your everyday clothes.
